Wow. I'd never seen that one. Frank and the Basie Band both at their best -- those guys could really rock.
Yeah-- I don't know the exact year on this, but I'm guessing '65 or so. I really like the SInatra at the Sands album, too. In Quincy Jones' autobiography, he talks about being at the Sands with Basie and Sinatra, and how Sinatra treated the big bands like a religion-- he was far more disciplined in his warm-ups and rehearsals with them than he was in his Rat Pack appearances.
