Happy Birthday, Iron Man!

Whether it's as an heroic industrialist in a metal suit, a book editor on the prowl, a wannabe detective, a Little Tramp, or an egocentric actor in blackface, Robert Downey, Jr. (who turns 44 today) never fails to astonish. Even before he played my favorite superhero, his name in the credits always let me know that I was in for a good time, even in the crappiest of pop texts. I am very happy to see him finally becoming the star he always deserved to be, and not even the presence of Guy Ritchie in the director's seat can kill my curiosity over his upcoming Sherlock Holmes
